Per Ordinance 618.13 Nuisance Conditions Prohibited
Dog owners, keepers or person having custody of a dog that defecates on public or private property in violation of this division shall immediately remove all feces deposited by such dog and dispose of the same in a sanitary manner.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
