Utility bills are mailed out on the first of each month, except for when the 1st falls on a holiday or weekend
Utility bills are due on the 20th of each month
Utility bills that are not paid by the 20th of the month will be subject to a late fee AND disconnection of all utility services
If somebody in your household has a medical exception, that information is required to be filed with the utility clerk
